Job Summary: We are seeking a naval technical engineer to perform precise calculations in naval repair projects, evaluate costs, analyze risks, and conduct technical inspections of vessels. Conduct technical inspections of vessels and damage analysis A naval technical engineer is sought in San Roque (Cádiz) to perform precise calculations in naval repair projects, gather information, and analyze metrics. Duties include evaluating costs and benefits to support profitable business decisions, understanding project requirements, identifying key variables for budgeting, and collecting first-hand data through vessel visits. Excel will be used for analysis, forecasting, and budgeting; subcontractor or supplier quotations will be requested and reviewed. Risk analyses, estimation reports, and planning consultations with the division head will also be conducted. Additional responsibilities include technical inspections of vessels (hull, machinery, electrical systems, and navigation systems), economic valuations for purchase\-sale or insurance purposes, preparation of expert reports, risk assessments for insurers, analysis of damage in maritime incidents, supervision of shipyard repairs, and verification of regulatory compliance. A permanent employment contract is offered, full-time work schedule from 8:00 to 16:00, with a monthly salary of 3\.114 euros.
