We are currently seeking a Showroom Specialist for our delegation in Los Barrios (Algeciras). Reporting to the Delegation Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for: * Ensuring achievement of targets and performance indicators assigned to the Showroom area. * Attending and advising customers visiting the showroom, as well as supporting the sales team when necessary. * Acquiring new customers visiting the showroom by initiating customer records in coordination with the sales department. * Conducting product searches, price management and sample requests in collaboration with the Purchasing and Marketing departments, for preparing quotes and technical specifications. * Following up and closing sales through constant coordination with the sales team. * Managing order entry and administrative follow-up. * Coordinating deliveries, when applicable, with the person responsible for Warehouse and Logistics at the corresponding center (own or external), ensuring proper transport management: loading, schedules, freight costs, incidents, etc. * Tracking submitted quotations and reporting results to the delegation's sales team. * Ensuring maintenance of the showroom display and updating of products and displays in collaboration with the Marketing Department. **Minimum Requirements:** * Knowledge of construction materials, finishes and decorative solutions. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales or advisory roles in similar environments (showrooms, building materials stores, decoration stores, etc.) * Previous experience working with sales teams and/or purchasing and marketing departments is desirable. * Proficiency with computer tools for order and budget management (ERP, CRM, Office).
