Join our team and become part of a project promoting more sustainable and responsible waste management! **Where will you work?** Campo de Gibraltar; in the municipalities of Tarifa, San Roque, La Línea de la Concepción, Jimena de la Frontera, San Martín del Tesorillo, Los Barrios, and Castellar de la Frontera. **What type of contract do we offer?** Fixed-term intermittent contract. **What will your working hours be?** Full-time schedule distributed from Monday to Sunday (days off according to legal regulations), with flexible shifts and rotating weekends; at least one weekend per month will be working. Schedules are pending confirmation. Flexibility in working hours is required. **Start date:** From November 20, 2025, to April 20, 2026 (with possibility of extension until June 30, 2026). **Remuneration:** 19,381.42 € gross annual salary. **What will be your functions and responsibilities?** * Accompany and advise all individuals and entities generating waste on proper separation and responsible waste management. * Engage, motivate, and listen to the local community, fostering active participation from everyone. * Actively participate in campaign communication and promote dissemination of implemented actions. Conduct visits to buildings and businesses in each municipality. * Deliver workshops and talks on waste management to diverse audiences and groups: (school communities, establishments, municipal teams, associations, and partner individuals). * Promote school composting. * Organize activities for school audiences, as well as events, activities, and workshops in various locations. * Provide information about the campaign objectives at information and exhibition points. * Carry out awareness-raising activities and distribute informational materials at information stands. * Set up and dismantle stands, transport materials, etc. * Distribute informational materials (posters, brochures, etc.). * Collect and analyze citizens' feedback regarding the campaign. * Document activity development through photos and videos. * Propose improvements to adapt planned actions to each municipality's reality. * Perform other tasks required by the position. **What are we looking for?** * Communicative, autonomous, proactive, dynamic, responsible, open-minded, solution-oriented individuals accustomed to teamwork. **Education and experience** * Students or individuals holding vocational training qualifications or degrees/master’s degrees related to the environment: Environmental Sciences, Biology, Forestry, Education, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, or similar. * Training related to environmental education, preferably also in waste management. * Experience in environmental education and/or communication programs/activities. * Otherwise, experience in customer service and information provision will be valued. **Other requirements** * **Language:** Native-level Spanish. * **Skills:** Pleasant appearance, kindness, politeness, approachability, friendliness, and effectiveness. * **ICT:** Ability to use computer applications for data collection, tablet usage, office software including Excel, etc. * **Residence:** Preferably within the Campo de Gibraltar region (San Roque, Los Barrios, San Martín del Tesorillo, La Línea de la Concepción, Algeciras). * **Mobility:** Possession of a personal vehicle is essential to reach the workplace. **A car is not required to carry out the job itself.** **Competencies and skills** * Communication skills. * Planning and organization. * Emotional intelligence and assertiveness. * Initiative. * Autonomy and responsibility. * Digital literacy. **What does working at Anthesis mean?** It means being part of a **B Corp™ certified company** with over **40 years of experience in environmental awareness and education**, committed to sustainability and social responsibility. * **Pioneers in sustainability** – We don't just talk about change, we lead it! * The opportunity to **participate in different campaigns** throughout the year (depending on your availability), establishing **professional connections** with other colleagues and Anthesis experts, while **enhancing your learning** and broadening your knowledge and perspective in the environmental sector. * A **collaborative, dynamic, and motivating** work team. * An environment that values **diversity** and promotes **inclusion** to **foster awareness, empathy, and respect both inside and outside the company.** **Specific initial training for each campaign**, ensuring you have all necessary tools from day one.
