Showroom Specialist

We are currently seeking a Showroom Specialist for our delegation in Los Barrios (Algeciras). Reporting to the Delegation Manager, the candidate will be responsible for: * Ensuring achievement of targets and KPIs assigned to the Showroom area. * Attending and advising customers visiting the showroom, as well as supporting the sales team when necessary. * Acquiring new customers visiting the showroom by opening client files in coordination with the sales department. * Conducting product searches, price management and sample requests in collaboration with Purchasing and Marketing departments, for preparing quotations and technical specifications. * Following up and closing sales through constant coordination with the sales team. * Managing order entry and administrative follow-up. * Coordinating deliveries, when applicable, with the person responsible for Warehouse and Logistics at the corresponding center (own or external), ensuring proper transport management: loads, schedules, freight costs, incidents, etc. * Monitoring submitted quotations and reporting back to the delegation's sales team. * Ensuring maintenance of the showroom display and updating products and displays in collaboration with the Marketing Department. **Minimum Requirements:** * Knowledge of construction materials, finishes and decorative solutions. * Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, sales or advisory roles in similar environments (showrooms, building materials stores, decoration stores, etc.) * Previous experience working with sales teams and/or purchasing and marketing departments is desirable. * Proficiency with computer tools for order and quotation management (ERP, CRM, Office). **What qualities will we value most in you?** * Customer and results orientation. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication and sales abilities. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration. **What we offer:** * Indefinite contract. * Salary according to experience. * Medical insurance. * Flexible compensation. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30h to 13:30h and 15:00h to 17:00h. **Our commitment** Within our group, our purpose is to help build a more comfortable and sustainable world.
