At this moment, as a recruitment consultancy, we are looking for a **Warehouse Manager** on behalf of our client to work at their offices located in the **Mazarrón** area. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with production deadlines, quality standards, and product dispatch. * Lead and coordinate a team of 40\-60 people. * Monitor cost per kilo and optimize efficiency by implementing process improvements and/or enhancing staff performance. * Drive warehouse modernization by participating in the implementation of new technologies and more efficient working methods. * Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure proper execution of the operational plan. **REQUIREMENTS** * Previous experience as a supervisor or warehouse manager (experience in the agri-food sector is desirable). * Ability to lead and organize large teams. * Experience or knowledge in process improvement, operational efficiency, or continuous improvement methodologies is desirable. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract. * Working hours from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. * Salary between 25\.000\-30\.000€ GROSS/year. * Opportunity to lead a modernization project and become a key player in the company's new phase.
