Work is carried out as part of a team, coordinating with maintenance and quality departments. Adaptability to changes in production schedules and to different raw materials is required. Basic technical problem-solving ability and the capacity to propose improvements are valued. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area is the operator's responsibility. Personal protective equipment is provided, and safety regulations are strictly followed. This position offers opportunities to develop technical skills within a stable industrial sector. At least 1 year of experience in the industrial sector. Fluency in Spanish.
