We are currently expanding our team and seeking to hire a Receptionist to guarantee professional and friendly service to our guests, contributing to a memorable experience during their stay. **Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist guests, managing check-in, check-out and reservations. * Provide information about hotel services, facilities and activities. * Resolve guest incidents, complaints or requests. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper guest service. * Manage phone calls, emails and online requests. * Complete daily departmental logs and reports. * Apply the hotel’s quality, safety and data protection standards. **Requirements:** --------------- **Professional competencies:** * Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service within hotels or tourist accommodations. * Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) and basic office software. * Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish; English and other languages are valued. * Ability to organise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Attention to detail and commitment to service quality. **We offer:** * Joining a solid and growing hotel chain. * A positive working environment. * Professional training and development.
