From Pacto ETT, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join an important company located in Tudela. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting administrative and office tasks, ensuring proper documentation organization and internal information flow. Responsibilities: * Receiving, organizing, and archiving documents. * Preparing and managing reports, minutes, and official letters. * Answering calls and coordinating schedules. * Assisting with billing processes, expense control, and minor purchases. * Keeping the company's databases and files up to date.
