You will work in a high-performing team alongside colleagues who consistently strive to reach the next level. You will report to the *Engineer \& Maintenance Manager*. Expect significant interaction with key internal stakeholders. Delivering *results* will be your top priority. You will continuously seek improvement activities within the business unit. **In summary, you will be responsible for:** Technical Management * End-to-end management of the general services area: industrial refrigeration, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, wastewater treatment plant, and campaign concentrators. * Management of maintenance service contracts with utility suppliers. * Design of the reliability plan (preventive, predictive, and CBM) for the utilities area, to be subsequently executed by the maintenance department. * Building maintenance management. Development of preventive, corrective, and inspection route work plans. Resolution of notifications and provision of materials and resources to the relevant team. * Management of the energy consumption monitoring system and analysis of deviations. Where applicable, conducting necessary RCAs and IPSs according to established consumption triggers. * Identification and analysis of Siemens SCADA systems to resolve utilities-area malfunctions. * Execution of short daily field observation routines to detect deviations. People Management * Management of various utilities and maintenance teams (boilermakers, building maintenance). * Conducting performance evaluations and monitoring attendance and vacation records. * Ensuring proper training of team members. * Leading Level 1 meetings for the utilities/facilities area. Administrative Management * Drafting daily reports summarizing completed and planned work for building maintenance and utilities routes. * Preparing monthly financial reports for accounting of energy consumption (electricity, water). * Producing periodic reports and documents as required by administration. Liaising with authorities during inspections and sample collection at the wastewater treatment plant. * Industrial safety management. Periodic inspections of pressure equipment, primarily low- and high-voltage systems. Economic Management * Economic management of the utilities budget and chemical/gas inventory (expenditure control, monthly forecasts, and procurement). * Preparation of the annual AOP for maintenance and water, jointly with the Maintenance Area Manager. * Definition and digital coach reporting on KHMS (company management system) implementation in the utilities area. * Approval of documentation for inclusion in the utilities library. Cross-functional Responsibilities * Supporting the Engineering Department on projects related to the utilities area. * Analyzing requirements and defining improvement proposals for the utilities area. * Attending Level 2 and Level 3 meetings\. * Participating in the central team’s collaboration program. * Participating in internal audits alongside the Quality Department. **Qualifications** * Education: Industrial Engineering or equivalent, preferably with specialization in the energy field or a master’s degree. * Work Experience: 2 years of facility maintenance experience in an industrial environment (preferably food industry). * Languages: English Location(s) Alfaro **Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes****.
