Responsibility for a growing plant with significant investments. **Description:** ---------------- Talent Services (Castilla Group) is recruiting a **PRODUCTION SHIFT MANAGER** for NOVAYA IBERIA, a leading company in the manufacturing of sleep products, for its plant in La Almunia (Zaragoza). **What will your responsibilities be?** * Management of the assigned shift, including smooth operation of the production process and personnel dedicated to it. * Training of multi-skilled staff and their continuous evaluation.
