Building Surveyor

Description

We are a property development and construction company specializing in residential building projects. We are seeking to hire a proactive Building Surveyor or Technical Architect with solid field experience (especially in setting-out tasks) and strong capabilities in documentation and technical office management. Main responsibilities **On-site (Field):** * **Perform precise setting-out tasks** on site and interpret architectural drawings. * **Monitor construction execution**, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * **Coordinate trades** and supervise the daily progress of subcontractors. **In the Technical Office:** * **Prepare budgets**, carry out detailed measurements, and draft technical reports. * **Manage project documentation** (certificates, minutes, safety plans, etc.). * **Use CAD tools** and measurement software to update technical drawings. Profile requirements * University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Construction, or Civil Engineering (Construction specialization). * Proven experience performing on-site setting-out tasks and managing technical office operations. * Proficiency in essential technical software: AutoCAD and measurement programs (Presto, Menfis or similar). * Valid driving license category B. * **Key competencies:** Organizational ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
