The CRM (www.crm.cat) is an independent research centre in the CERCA network since 2008, with the purpose of promoting both advanced training and research in all areas of mathematics, in collaboration with universities and other research institutions in Catalonia. CRM’s mission includes transferring knowledge based on the centre's research to society and aiming at having societal impact. Research at CRM covers a wide spectrum of fields, from the most fundamental areas (algebra/number theory/geometry/topology, analysis and PDEs, combinatorics and dynamical systems) to applied mathematics (in the fields of biomedicine, climate change mitigation and adaptation and natural hazards). The Computational Neuroscience group at the CRM is looking for a postdoctoral researcher to join the project CRCNS: Role of mAChRs on CA1 pyramidal neurons in memory formation and stability. This contract is envisaged to start in January 2026 and will last until June 30th, 2026\. **At ORBIDI, we are looking for a VP of People** with experience and strategic vision to lead the People \& Talent function, actively contributing to the scalable and inclusive growth of our teams. This person will be responsible for designing and implementing People, Talent, and Culture strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and fostering a culture of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. ### **Key areas of responsibility:** **Talent Strategy \& Attraction** * Define and implement the talent strategy aligned with ORBIDI’s growth and scalability goals, while also advancing our employer value proposition. * Design and implement processes that ensure an excellent candidate experience: employer branding, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding. * Develop compensation and benefits strategies that help attract and retain talent, consistent with the company's budget. **Employee Experience \& Engagement** * Drive a people-centered culture that enhances engagement, collaboration, and excellence. * Implement a data-driven approach to measure and improve talent experience, satisfaction, and retention. **Learning \& Development** * Identify leadership potential within the organization and build a robust development pipeline. * Create systems to detect key competency gaps to ensure a future-ready organization. * Design and oversee training and development programs aligned with career paths and internal growth plans. **Performance Management \& Compensation** * Optimize the performance management framework: goal setting, periodic evaluations, and a culture of continuous and agile feedback. * Regularly analyze the compensation and benefits system to maintain competitiveness and market alignment. **Legal Compliance \& Risk Management** * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and legal standards across the countries where we operate. * Identify people-related risks and propose preventive solutions. * Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team on workforce planning, organizational structure, and legal considerations. ### **What we’re looking for:** * Over 7 years of progressive experience in HR / People Operations, in senior leadership roles within growing technology/digital companies (ideally in a B2B SaaS environment). * Proven experience designing and scaling talent strategies in high-growth environments, with business acumen. * In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, DEI, engagement, organizational development, and performance management. * Solid understanding of HR best practices, regulatory compliance, and current trends in the tech industry. * Demonstrated ability to drive impact and influence at all levels, including the executive team. * Analytical profile with a passion for using data to optimize people processes and support decision-making. * Excellent communication, empathy, and collaborative leadership skills. **What we offer:** A purpose-driven project and a people-centered culture.
