Job Summary: A leading company in the wiring industry is seeking experienced Production Operators to join its team on the 4th shift, with prospects for long-term stability. Key Highlights: 1. Direct hiring by the company 2. Real prospects of indefinite stability 3. Annual schedule from day one Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours per week, undetermined. Recruitment of personnel assigned to the 4th shift. Do you have industrial experience as an Operator? Are you available to work weekends as well as Monday to Friday? Approximately 40 people will be hired — do you want to be one of them? Then don’t hesitate — apply now! Hiring will be direct through the company. The initial contract will be for 6 months, with real prospects of indefinite stability. Regarding the schedule, you will receive your annual calendar from day one! Your work pattern will be either 7 days on – 2 days off or 7 days on – 3 days off, plus additional holiday days, working 56% or 62% of Saturdays and Sundays depending on your assigned team. Regarding salary, your first-year compensation will range between €35,000 and €36,000/year + night shift allowance (€2/hour).
