**Job Mission:**
To support the chef in all assigned tasks to ensure regulatory compliance and satisfaction of users, visitors, and staff regarding kitchen services.
**Responsibilities**:
* Assist in order reception: control products upon delivery and proper storage of raw materials.
* Support in APPCC management: ensure proper compliance with the APPCC manual, monitoring each established Critical Control Point and guaranteeing correct completion of all derived self-control records.
* Collaborate with the chef in required tasks. Food preparation and cooking.
* Plate food and assemble carts and serve established menus.
* Ensure established quality standards from the moment of raw material receipt through production and service.
* Clean and disinfect facilities, pantry, cold rooms, warehouses, as well as kitchen equipment and utensils, following the cleaning plan established in the APPCC.

* Shifts from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM on weekdays and weekends from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (rotating shifts)

**Requirements:**

* Candidate with minimum 6 months of experience as a kitchen assistant in a restaurant, preferably in hospitals or elderly care centers.
* Specific culinary training recommended.
* Desired training in food handling, as well as in the use of chemical cleaning products.
* Training courses related to the field, as well as complementary training promoting Equality, will be positively valued.
