At DEXTAIL, a leading national and international trade fair and events brand with over 20 years of experience, we are seeking an Account Executive or Account Manager. Are you a dynamic individual with sales talent and eagerness to grow in the commercial field? **Responsibilities** ---------- * Manage and monitor assigned clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication. * Prepare detailed client briefings outlining client requirements and convey them to the design team. * Prepare and present customized quotations based on client requests. * Conduct commercial presentations to enhance client conversion. * Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure proper execution of closed sales. * Ensure effective post-sales management and client retention. * Supervise and deliver exhibition booths to clients at trade fairs and events. **Requirements** -------------- * Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher vocational training. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles. * Proficiency in English is mandatory; a strong command is required. Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus. * Availability to travel (during weekdays and some weekends). * Proficiency in office software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word). * Experience working toward targets; results-oriented mindset. * Desire for professional development within the commercial area. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Organizational and analytical capabilities. * Versatility in assuming responsibilities. * Ability to manage a high workload without compromising efficiency during peak periods. **Benefits** -------------- * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time schedule: 4 days per week onsite at our offices in Badalona and 1 day remote. * Flexible working hours with a 1.5-hour margin for arrival and departure. * Competitive remuneration package: Fixed salary (€22,000 – €24,000) + variable bonus (€4,000, depending on experience and performance). * Continuous training to support your professional growth. * Career advancement opportunities within an expanding company. * A collaborative and dynamic work environment supported by an outstanding team.
