DESCRIPTION Our client is an established small company with over 30 years of history, specializing in the marketing and distribution of hygiene, cleaning, and disinfection products for the food industry, while also providing technical advice and solutions to optimize industrial cleaning processes. Following a restructuring phase, we are seeking to hire an ACCOUNTING MANAGER whose primary responsibility will be to manage the entire Accounting and Finance department. You will work with support from an assistant handling invoicing and HR tasks. ### **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Full management of the company's financial accounting. * Preparation and supervision of monthly and annual financial closings. * Treasury management, bank reconciliations, and payment batches. * Preparation and monitoring of payment forecasts. * Control and monitoring of cash flows (cash flow). * Accounting for invoicing. * Coordination with the external accounting firm responsible for tax filings and other fiscal obligations. * Collaboration in audits and financial review processes. ### **What is offered?** * Permanent employment contract directly with the company. * Annual gross salary between €40,000 and €43,000. * Onsite work with flexible working hours between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. * A close-knit work environment and a high degree of autonomy. Stability within a company with over 30 years of history. * REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 8 years of experience in financial accounting. * Solid and up-to-date knowledge of the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC). * Experience in treasury management, bank reconciliations, and payment forecasting. * Proficiency in Excel. * Experience with SAGE is desirable. * A degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, or a Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration and Finance is desirable. * Organized, rigorous individual with strong attention to detail. * Ability to review and control processes to ensure the quality of financial closings.
