We are looking for a dynamic, organized individual eager to become part of an established warehouse team within a dynamic environment offering real long-term professional development opportunities. Reporting to the warehouse manager, you will join the logistics team and assume an active role in the goods flow, order picking, and customer service. You will undergo an initial training period during morning hours to ensure full adaptation to the workplace before transitioning to your regular afternoon schedule. Your main duties and responsibilities will be: * Loading and unloading trucks, as well as conditioning goods. * Preparing orders accurately, quickly, and efficiently according to the customer’s delivery note. * Physically distributing products to designated zones following the warehouse layout plan. * Entering picking slips into the internal productivity tracking and control system. * Maintaining cleanliness, order, and upkeep of your assigned section to ensure equipment remains in good condition and avoid degradation or corrosion. * Providing direct customer service in accordance with their delivery requests and needs. Requirements * Qualification: Not required * Preferred: \- Valid forklift license and experience operating forklifts. + Prior knowledge or experience in inventory management and stock location. + Residence near Vic / Osona area. * Required: \- Proactive, agile, organized person with strong attention to detail when preparing delivery notes. + Excellent customer orientation and strong communication skills. + Commitment to maintaining order, safety, and material preservation at the facilities. * Mandatory: \- Prior experience in warehouse tasks, loading/unloading, and order preparation. + Availability to complete the initial training during morning hours, followed by transition to the fixed afternoon shift (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM). + Basic proficiency in computer tools or warehouse management systems for data entry and productivity guidelines. + Personal vehicle to commute to the workplace. * Additional requirements: \- Salary: Between €12.36 and €12.66 gross/hour. + Schedule: Initial period: Morning hours (Training/Learning). Final schedule: Afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. + Contract type: Initial temporary contract with realistic possibility of permanent staff integration.
