The purpose of this role is to lead maintenance and facility improvement projects within a banking environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising projects efficiently while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. **What We’re Looking For:** * University degree or higher vocational qualification in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in this role or in a Technical Office. * Prior experience in facility projects (HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection systems, etc.) is required. * Experience using facility design tools (e.g., Dialux, AutoCAD) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.). * Proficiency in English is an advantage. **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:** * Leading the execution of facility improvement projects in a banking environment. * Preparing technical-economic proposals/projects for electrical, HVAC, and/or fire protection systems. * Producing drawings and measurements. * Conducting economic analysis of proposals. * Performing calculations for facility sizing. * Planning and coordinating project execution with internal teams and vendors. * Managing construction execution internally and through third parties. * Soliciting and comparing subcontractor and vendor quotations. * Monitoring and controlling project budgets and timelines. * Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
