Maintains fluent communication with suppliers for an efficient supply chain Located in Sant Quirze del Vallès, this position is responsible for managing and coordinating all procurement and supply activities required to ensure the proper functioning of the technology department. Daily tasks include processing purchase orders from initiation through to timely delivery of materials, comparing budgets to control expenses, and periodically reviewing inventory to ensure essential items are never out of stock. This is a full-time temporary position. The role involves constant handling of documentation, such as invoices and price lists, while keeping computer systems up to date and well organized. Agility in resolving administrative issues, maintaining fluent communication with suppliers, and working in an orderly manner are essential to ensure an efficient supply chain within a technology environment. Education in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields—either through a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle, Higher-Level Vocational Training Cycle, or University Degree—is required. A minimum of two years’ prior experience in administrative support tasks is required, preferably in procurement or logistics environments. Advanced proficiency in Office 365 tools is mandatory, as well as familiarity with billing and accounting management applications. A B2 level of English is required for documentary and operational management.
