Proposal of creative ideas aligned with beauty industry trends **Description:** ---------------- Talent Service (Castilla Group) is managing an **AUDIOVISUAL TECHNICIAN** position for a cosmetics company currently experiencing strong expansion and growth in the online channel, located in the **Girona** area. **What are the responsibilities?** * Participate in pre-production, production, and editing of videos and photographs for various channels. * Support photo shoots and video recordings by assisting with set-up, lighting, and equipment. * Edit visual content (reels, stories, thumbnails, banners, etc.) using Adobe tools. * Propose creative ideas and stay updated on trends in the beauty and cosmetics industry. * Create visual templates and stylistic guidelines for social media, and adapt brand elements (corporate imagery, digital signage) according to the needs of each campaign. * Propose creative visual narratives aligned with aesthetic and content trends in the beauty and cosmetics sector. **What is offered?** * Permanent contract with integration into a rapidly expanding company, featuring a solid, long-term project. Become part of a company in full expansion. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexible scheduling and an 8-hour daily workday, including one day of telecommuting per week (starting from the third month after joining). A paid day off on your birthday. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Excellent, dynamic, and collaborative work environment. **What are we looking for in you?** * Education in Audiovisual Communication, Design, Photography, or related field. * Prior experience in audiovisual projects. * Knowledge of motion graphics or animation. * Ability to adapt to visual trends in the cosmetics industry. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator. * Basic knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras and lighting. * Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Strong understanding of social media platforms and aesthetic sensitivity. * Languages: Catalan and Spanish. English and French are valued.
