Job Summary: We are seeking a Section Head – Machine Operator who is motivated to work, responsible, and inclined toward leadership — starting as a production operator and progressing to lead a section. Direct employment contract with the company An industrial company located in Vallès Oriental requires the following: **Section Head \- Machine Operator** Candidates must be motivated to work, responsible, and demonstrate leadership potential. Vocational training (FP) in mechanical or electrical fields is preferred but not mandatory; experience as a machine operator, site supervisor, or skilled production operator is also valued. A personal vehicle is mandatory to commute to the company. Initially, the role starts as a production operator, rotating through various departments to gain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s production process, followed by progression to leading a section and/or department. Working hours: 8 hours per day (\+ 2 hours of overtime daily) Candidates willing to perform the 2 hours of overtime on a split-shift basis are preferred. A direct employment contract with the company is offered. (6-month fixed-term \+ indefinite) Fixed annual salary for 8 hours: €35\-40,000 gross per year x 14 payments \+ overtime. The specific overtime schedule and overtime hourly rate will be clarified during the interview.
