Through intelligent detection and signaling technologies, our solutions identify risk situations and alert pedestrians and operators before an accident occurs. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------------ As **Technical Sales Support**, you will provide technical and commercial support to Troax customers, distributors, and sales teams across the entire EMEA region. You will accompany the process from the customer’s initial inquiry and offer preparation through order management, delivery coordination, and technical support. **What will you do on a day\-to\-day basis?** ---------------------------------- * Prepare offers and assist customers and sales teams in selecting products and configuring the most suitable solution. * Analyze customer applications and requirements to ensure proposals are technically accurate and complete. * Manage orders, from receipt and confirmation through delivery coordination and follow\-up. * Review technical specifications, commercial terms, and delivery requirements prior to processing orders. * Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and Troax sales organizations. * Participate in online meetings with customers to understand their needs and explain how our solutions work. * Coordinate advanced technical matters with Technical \& Product, R\+D, Operations, and After\-Sales teams. * Track offers, orders, deliveries, returns, warranties, and other customer inquiries. * Maintain up\-to\-date information in CRM and ERP systems and contribute to improving processes and documentation. **What profile are we looking for?** ------------------------ * Technical degree in engineering, electronics, automation, mechatronics, or a related field. Equivalent technical experience will also be considered. * Experience in customer technical support, inside sales, commercial support, order management, or a similar role within an industrial or technological environment. * Experience working with technical products and participating in quoting, ordering, and delivery processes. * Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into precise technical proposals. * Experience with CRM systems, quoting tools, and ERP or order management systems. * Intermediate\-to\-advanced level of English.
