Position Summary:
We are seeking a Social Integrator to support vulnerable youth in their sociolaboral integration and emancipation process, working with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Fundació Eveho is a secular, non-denominational NGO with over 35 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and youth in vulnerable situations. With care, professionalism, and commitment, we work toward their emancipation and full social inclusion through educational, residential, and sociolaboral integration projects. Currently, we are seeking a Social Integrator to cover a vacation replacement from 29/05/26 to 21/06/26 at a residence for young people aged 18–23 in Sabadell, supporting them in their sociolaboral integration and emancipation process.
\- Individualized support for youth during their transition to adulthood. \- Design and monitoring of vocational pathways: CV preparation, active job search, and interviews. \- Coordination with local resources to facilitate access to training, employment, and housing. \- Personal and professional mentoring sessions. \- Support in managing documentation (employment-related, training-related, and housing-related). \- Educational work from a socioemotional perspective. \- Autonomous and responsible decision-making within individual shifts. \- Coordination with the technical team and ASJTET professionals. \- Participation in technical and follow-up meetings. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Integrator in residential settings.
* Spanish (advanced spoken and written proficiency)
* Catalan (advanced spoken and written proficiency)
* Competencies / Knowledge: You are exactly who we need because... \- You hold formal training in Social Integration (CFGS). \- You have experience working with youth at risk or in vulnerable situations. \- You work autonomously, responsibly, and with sound decision-making ability. \- You can plan and coordinate educational and vocational pathways. \- You possess strong communication skills and empathy to support emotional processes. \- You hold a valid driver’s license. \- You have a strong social vocation and commitment to youth inclusion.

* Additional information: \- TEMPORARY contract to cover a replacement (from 29/05/26 to 21/06/26\) \- Weekend shift: Friday 14:15\-20:15, Saturday 10:30\-22:00, Sunday 10:00\-22:00 \- Schedule: Friday from 14:15 to 21:00 \- Saturday from 10:00 to 21:30 \- Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00 \- Center located in Sabadell. \- Salary according to collective agreement
