We require a bakery technician / artisanal baker. Roles range from baker, technician, to workshop supervisor. Also seeking pastry technicians or assistants, including laminated pastry, croissants, brioche, etc. Professional experience is essential, along with valid documentation and residence near the workplace (Hostalric).
