We are seeking a concierge responsible for surveillance and access control to the building. The selected person will oversee the proper functioning of the condominium's equipment and receive correspondence. Additionally, their role will be crucial in leading evacuations and providing assistance in case of emergencies, ensuring everyone's safety. A Basic General Education diploma or ESO qualification, as well as basic computer skills, will be valued positively. Prior experience in similar positions will also be taken into account. The working schedule will be part-time, totaling 28 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Thursday in morning shifts (8:00 to 13:45) and afternoon shifts (13:45 to 19:30). On Fridays, shifts will be morning (8:00 to 12:30) and afternoon (12:30 to 17:00). The contract type will be an interim replacement contract.
