The selected person will carry out the following responsibilities: **Training and Events** * Coordinate training sessions for installers and customers (scheduling, logistics, materials, registrations). * Provide support in organizing trade fairs, conferences, and corporate events. * Coordinate external suppliers (catering, venues, printing, etc.). * Manage logistical communication with attendees (invitations, reminders, post\-event surveys). **Lead Management** * Make initial contact with leads generated by marketing (email, phone, or WhatsApp). * Qualify contacts according to defined criteria (interest, segment, need, maturity). * Document interactions and status before transferring them to the sales team. * Follow up on unattended leads to guide their interactions with the company. **Requirements:** --------------- * Previous experience in administrative roles, events, call center, or commercial/marketing backoffice. * Proficiency with digital tools (Office 365, CRM). * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proactive, problem\-solving profile with attention to detail.
