




Job Summary: We are seeking a field technician to provide on-site IT support to clients, resolving incidents, performing maintenance, and supporting users. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-site IT support and resolution of technical incidents 2. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment 3. Coordination with the central technical team for incident escalation We are looking for a field technician to deliver on-site IT support to various clients within the assigned area. The role involves resolving technical incidents, performing basic equipment maintenance, and supporting end users. The selected candidate will provide on-site IT technical support across various client sites within the assigned area (Bages and Anoia), traveling daily according to the established route. On-site attention and resolution of IT incidents (hardware and software). Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment (PCs, printers, and peripherals). Office-based user support and resolution of basic- and intermediate-level technical issues. Diagnosis, inspection, and replacement of equipment components when necessary. Incident management using a ticketing system. Coordination with the central technical team for escalation of complex incidents. Preventive maintenance of equipment and verification of proper system functionality. Daily route planning based on priorities and urgency. Documentation of all actions performed during each intervention. * Minimum 1 year of experience. On-site attention and resolution of IT incidents (hardware and software). Documentation of all actions performed during each intervention. * Catalan (spoken and written – advanced level) * Competencies / knowledge: Highly desirable: Experience working in the field or across multiple work sites. Basic networking knowledge (connectivity, IPs, WiFi). Time management, organizational skills, and autonomy. * Vehicle requirement: private car * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Compensation: €17,094 annually, paid in twelve installments. Work modality: On-site with field travel (client visits). Base location: Sant Fruitós de Bages (Barcelona). Work area: Bages comarca (Manresa) and Anoia (Igualada and surrounding areas). Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. Personal vehicle mandatory (kilometer reimbursement provided)
