Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee high-end single-family housing projects, coordinating teams and ensuring quality and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Positive working environment and established team High-End Single-Family Housing (Girona and Barcelona) A construction company specializing in high-end single-family housing, headquartered in Banyoles with ongoing projects in Girona and Barcelona, is looking for a Site Manager (Construction Site Manager) with technical qualifications (Quantity Surveyor / Technical Architect) for immediate incorporation. \- Planning, organization, and comprehensive control of the construction site. \- Cost control, measurements, certifications, and production. \- Coordination of trades and subcontractors. \- Supervision of execution (foundations, structure, masonry, and finishes). \- Schedule monitoring and quality control. \- Layouts and on-site technical support. \- Control of procurement, orders, and materials. \- Compliance with and supervision of occupational health and safety regulations (PRL). \- Liaison with design management and clients. * Minimum 5 years’ experience. \- Degree in Technical Architecture / Quantity Surveying / Building Engineering. \- Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience as Site Manager in building construction. \- Experience in full project management of construction works. \- Technical knowledge of construction processes. \- Ability to plan, organize, and resolve incidents. \- Occupational health and safety training (PRL) for the construction sector. \- Valid driving license class B and willingness to travel. * DIPLOMA OR TECHNICAL ENGINEERING DEGREE * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Experience in high-end single-family housing. \- Technical profile with holistic view of construction projects (cost \+ execution). \- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, or construction management software. \- Problem-solving, organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused profile. \- Professional career stability. * Vehicle availability required * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary from '2800' to '3200' * Additional information of interest: We offer immediate incorporation.
