The position requires proven experience in maintenance management within industrial environments or complex facilities, along with technical education in fields such as electromechanics, electricity, or engineering. Proficiency in computer tools and technical software is required, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Leadership skills for organizing multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative environment are highly valued, as is certification in occupational risk prevention. Responsibilities include participating in facility improvement and modernization projects while ensuring regulatory compliance. We seek an organized and solution-oriented individual with effective communication skills. Proven experience in maintenance management within industrial environments or complex facilities. Technical education in electromechanics, electricity, engineering, or related fields. Advanced knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Leadership, organizational, and multidisciplinary team management capabilities. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Occupational health and safety certification preferred. Proficiency in relevant computer tools and technical software. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
