Girona **Key Responsibilities:** **Project Management:** * Plan and schedule resources (materials, machinery, and * Monitor the project timeline and make adjustments as needed. * Ensure delivery of the works within agreed timelines and budgets. **Execution Supervision:** * Control daily site activities, ensuring compliance with specifications * Coordinate with contractors * Manage technical and operational contingencies. **Quality and Safety Control:** * Guarantee compliance with quality standards. * Implement on-site safety measures and supervise their enforcement. * Prepare periodic technical reports on project progress and status. **Administrative Management:** * Control costs and prepare basic financial reports. * Manage permits, licenses, and required technical documentation. * Prepare progress reports for executives and/or clients. **What We Expect from You: Required Skills and Experience** **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field—or demonstrable experience. **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in similar roles, preferably in civil works.
