From development to data, we drive innovation and Mango’s transformation — always guided by the same principle: technology serves people. **YOUR NEW ROLE** Coordinate teams responsible for purchasing and provisioning of hardware, local communications, and certain professional services, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality availability of materials and services across our store network (nearly 2,000 points of sale), headquarters, and logistics warehouses. Additionally, ensure efficient management of suppliers, budgeting, invoicing, and cross-functional collaboration with other key company areas, while also contributing to continuous improvement of the department’s tools and processes. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate two specialized teams: a procurement team responsible for acquiring hardware, local communications, and professional services for stores, HQ, and logistics warehouses a provisioning team tasked with ensuring hardware and services availability for new store openings * Plan and supervise both teams’ activities, ensuring proper prioritization, workload organization, and deadline adherence. * Negotiate with hardware, local communications, and professional services suppliers to secure optimal economic, contractual, and service conditions, safeguarding competitiveness and sustainability of agreements. * Design and manage framework agreements with suppliers covering our national store network, as well as signing or renewing existing contracts. * Define equipment and service standards across the entire store network, aiming for economies of scale and operational consistency. * Manage a significant budget within the Technology area, performing financial tracking, budgetary control, and expenditure optimization. * Supervise and ensure control over invoicing linked to this area, guaranteeing correct administrative handling and coordination with involved teams. * Collaborate cross-functionally with key operational areas such as Expansion, Logistics, and Finance, ensuring aligned and efficient execution. * Participate in continuous improvement projects for applications and tools used daily by the team, contributing business insight and process knowledge. * Drive improvements in processes, work methodologies, and performance indicators to enhance efficiency, traceability, and service quality. **ABOUT YOU** * Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. * Experience in international environments. * Experience negotiating with hardware, communications, and/or professional services suppliers. * Experience managing people and coordinating teams. * Strong planning and organizational skills. * SAP knowledge at buyer level. * Understanding of procurement, provisioning, and logistics processes. * Experience managing suppliers internationally, ideally within retail environments with extensive store networks. **Key competencies** * Leadership and team development * Negotiation and influence skills * Results orientation * Operational and service-oriented mindset * Analytical ability and financial control * Cross-functional coordination * Problem-solving capability * Continuous improvement mindset **Additional assets** * Knowledge of additional languages will be valued positively. * Prior participation in tool or process improvement projects within Technology or Operations. * Proficiency in Jira. * Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other industries with extensive store or point-of-sale networks. **YOUR BENEFITS** * Immediate hiring with an indefinite contract. * Flexible working hours (you may start between 8:00 and 9:30 and finish between 17:00 and 18:30), with a compressed workday every Friday (start between 8:00 and 9:00, finish between 14:00 and 15:00) and most holiday eves. * Our offices are located in Palau-Solità i Plegamans. * Up to 50% remote work possibility. * 35% discount across all our product lines. * **You’ll have access to technical training via the Udemy platform, as well as language courses and personal development skill-building.
