Company Information EMBUTIDOS CASEROS COLLELL SL Company Job Description Vacant Position **Peeling Operator** Location Olot Region Garrotxa Number of Positions 1 Official Category 1st Department Production Working Hours Morning Shift \- 05\.40 a.m. to 14\.00 p.m. Salary - Contract Type Permanent Contract Duration Permanent Job Objective: Ensure the correct peeling process of the product, guaranteeing established quality standards, food safety requirements, and production pace, thereby contributing to the smooth operation of the production line and overall production flow. Main Responsibilities: - Performing manual peeling tasks or operating specific peeling machinery - Handling products within the production line - Conducting visual inspections of products to ensure quality and compliance with standards - Using electric forklifts for occasional movement of products or boxes - Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area - Complying with food safety, quality, and occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations - Supporting other line tasks as required Publication Date 12/02/2026 Requirements Qualification Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent Preferred Qualifications - Experience in production environments (preferably food-related) - Experience in product handling tasks Basic Requirements or Knowledge: Basic computer skills (simple queries and registrations) o Catalan language comprehension (not mandatory) o Prior experience in the food industry or production lines o Proficiency in product handling and ability to adapt to assembly-line work pace Mandatory Requirements: - Valid electric forklift operator license - Spanish language comprehension and speaking ability - Electric forklift operation experience (minimum 6 months) Other Requirements Competencies: - Responsibility and reliability - Attention to detail - Teamwork capability - Adaptability to production pace - Orientation toward rules and procedures
