Your Mission * Be the guests’ main point of reference during the night. * Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently. * Conduct night audits and ensure everything is ready for the new day. * Calmly resolve any guest needs or incidents. * Collaborate effectively with other departments. Who You Are * A hospitality enthusiast. * Someone who enjoys silence, autonomy, and the responsibility of the night shift. * Proficient in English, Spanish, and Catalan. * Experience in front desk or customer service (hotel experience preferred). \* * An empathetic, organized, and solution-oriented individual.
