Autonomy to implement your own projects We are seeking Leisure Monitors for a Youth Camp in Sant Pol de Mar! **About Us:** We are an organization dedicated to educational leisure. We create safe, dynamic, and fun spaces for young people during their summer holidays. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek individuals with initiative, energy, and leadership skills to animate a group of **youth aged 12 to 16**. If you are motivated to propose your own ideas and work with teenagers, this is the right opportunity for you! **Job Conditions** * **Location**: Sant Pol de Mar (Barcelona). * **Dates**: From June 29 to July 31 (period negotiable). * **Schedule**: Morning shifts, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. * **Salary**: According to the Educational Leisure Collective Agreement (gross) \+ extras. **Your Responsibilities** * **Create** and propose attractive group activities for teenagers. * **Organize** sports games, creative workshops, and leisure-time activities. * **Promote** active participation and cohesion within the youth group. * **Supervise** activities to ensure a safe and respectful environment. * **Communicate** daily updates to the camp coordination team. **Requirements** * **Personal initiative** and creativity to design new activities. * **Certificate of Criminal Record for Sexual Offenses**: Mandatory and valid. * **Languages**: Fluent Catalan and Spanish. * **Leisure Monitor Qualification**: Valued but **optional**. * **Previous experience**: Positively considered (especially with teenagers). **What Do We Offer?** * **Temporary contract** for the summer campaign. * **Autonomy** to implement your own projects and activities. * A **young**, **collaborative**, and highly **dynamic work environment**.
