Packaging and Palletizing: Ensure correct packaging of products according to requirements (boxes, crates, plastics) and securely and stably palletize goods for transport, always maintaining the cold chain. Logistic Labeling: Apply shipping labels (barcodes, destination, weight) and verify they match documentation and product quality labeling. Final Quality and Logistics Control Traceability and Batch Verification: Check that prepared products belong to the correct batch and that goods follow FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) systems to ensure proper rotation and freshness. Temperature Control (Loading): Measure product temperature and inside the transport truck before loading to ensure the vehicle meets required cold conditions (e.g., using built-in thermometer readings). Integrity Assurance: Visually inspect that pallets and boxes show no damage and that hygiene conditions are optimal for transport. 3. Loading and Documentation Loading and Unloading: Load pallets onto delivery or transport trucks using manual or electric pallet jacks or forklifts (if licensed), ensuring proper cargo stowage.
