A company in Terrassa is seeking a Construction Site Manager to carry out planning, control, and monitoring of construction execution; personnel management (workers and subcontractors); and supervision of compliance with occupational health and safety (PRL) measures. Planning, organization, control, and monitoring of construction execution and compliance. Organization of workspaces, maneuvering areas, storage facilities, workshops, and access points. Interpretation of drawings, sketches, layout plans for units, budgets, and certifications. Personnel management, including task assignment to in-house workers and subcontractors. Proposal of procedures, materials, techniques, and technical guidance to workers. Monitoring compliance with PRL measures, equipment, machinery, and materials. * 4 years of experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in building construction projects (public or private sector). Experience managing teams, subcontractors, and workers. * LOWER SECONDARY EDUCATION WITH A QUALIFICATION * Competencies / knowledge: Minimum 60-hour occupational health and safety (PRL) training. Basic computer skills for web browsing, office software, and report preparation. Knowledge of drawing, sketch, budget, and certification interpretation. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: €2,630.02 gross monthly salary (14 payments), full-time schedule (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including a 1-hour lunch break.
