Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect or Building Engineer to collect data, prepare drawings, perform measurements and budgeting, and supervise construction works, while managing subcontractors and suppliers. Ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost control We are looking for a professional to fill the position of Technical Architect or Building Engineer in Cáceres. Main responsibilities include collecting data and creating detailed drawings, as well as preparing accurate measurements and budgets. The role also involves direct supervision of ongoing construction projects, efficient management of subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and rigorous cost control. A relevant degree is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Presto, and AutoCAD. Prior experience will be valued, and a valid driver's license (Class B) is mandatory. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered. Salary will be negotiated directly.
