




The functions to be performed are as follows: Support the interdisciplinary team in the reception and integration of new users, collaborating in the adaptation of the individualized care plan. Carry out interventions scheduled by the interdisciplinary team aimed at covering daily living activities. Collaborate in the planning, organization, and execution of preventive, occupational, and leisure activities. Maintain personal hygiene of the users. Clean the first-aid kit and its contents, as well as other healthcare or assistance materials. Provide and administer food to residents, facilitating intake in cases where required. Perform postural changes and other auxiliary services entrusted according to technical training. Assist the resident in preparation for transfer, providing accompaniment, supervision, and support. Collaborate with healthcare staff in medication administration. Work under the nurse's supervision to care for colostomized residents and those with catheters, as well as in administering food via syringe. Support and stimulate communication among users, promoting their daily functioning and social interaction. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in integrating users' families into the center's life. Report any incidents affecting users' health. Observe and record in the incident log any detected behavioral and/or physical changes. Candidates must hold the required qualification or authorization, and/or the necessary experience to perform their duties as regulated by current legislation.
