Currently, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager to work at our headquarters in Barcelona. What will your day-to-day look like with us? * You will implement the company’s recruitment policy. * You will manage onboarding and integration plans for new hires. * You will develop, participate in, and supervise internal training programs. * You will identify staffing needs and update and maintain the organizational chart and job descriptions. * You will design and implement HR policies and procedures. * You will manage personnel administration, hiring, payroll, and labor relations. We want to meet you! **Requirements:** --------------- What qualifications must you have to be the ideal candidate? * Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Social Graduate, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Human Resources departments performing similar functions. * Experience managing teams in seasonal environments with high turnover. * Proven experience with compensation software. * Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably tools such as Bizneo, Teamtailor, or equivalent. * Experience with integrated HR software (HCM) such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms is highly valued.
