Your mission will be to ensure our suppliers meet required standards, working closely with them and applying technical insight. We want you to become a key player connecting processes, people, and best practices, helping to establish a way of working where quality is understood and shared across the entire supply chain. **Main Responsibilities:** * Qualify and approve suppliers according to our internal procedures and ISO 9001:2015 standards. * Conduct technical audits to evaluate suppliers' quality management systems. * Support and guide suppliers in resolving deviations by defining and implementing concrete corrective action plans. * Monitor key quality indicators (KPIs), analyze deviations, and propose practical improvements. * Participate in developing self-inspection plans and inspection guidelines to standardize quality at the source. * Coordinate with internal quality teams and supplier technicians, ensuring alignment toward common objectives. * Drive continuous improvement throughout the supply chain by sharing best practices and helping raise overall performance. WHAT YOU BRING **Key Knowledge:** * Quality management in an industrial environment, especially related to suppliers. * ISO 9001 standards and continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 8D, etc.). * Mechanical manufacturing processes or metallic components production. * Technical English for communication with international suppliers (minimum level B2). **Required Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. **Job Requirements:** * At least 3 years of experience in supplier quality or supplier engineering. * Professional-level English (minimum B2). * Availability to conduct occasional visits to suppliers both within Spain and abroad. **Desirable:** * Experience in industries such as defense, automotive, or aerospace. * Familiarity with digital quality platforms and technical documentation systems.
