We are looking for candidates with the following requirements: **Minimum Education:** Intermediate or higher degree related to sciences (food industry, laboratory, quality control, etc.) **Experience:** Essential experience in the food industry within the processing area. **Position Objective:** Under the supervision of the process team leader, responsible for ensuring and supplying product to packaging lines, operating all machinery within the processing area. **Responsibilities:** * Properly understand and execute established procedures for working with critical control points, as well as record them accordingly. * Produce firm yogurts, stirred yogurts, liquids, Burgos cheese, and desserts. * Carry out raw milk unloading and control upon reception. * Perform standardizations (liquid recipes, powder recipes, recirculations with powder addition). * Incorporate added milk, powders, and cultures. * Carry out pasteurization, sterilization, and thermization. * Perform transfers from TFBS to TABS. * Conduct CIP (Clean-in-Place) on all process equipment and packaging machines. * Responsible for product quality, adhering to the rules and self-inspections specified in the quality control system specific to the position, properly recording these checks. * Computerized registration and monitoring of all raw material consumption. * Control of raw material stock levels in the process department's own warehouse.
