Their primary mission is to **lead the creative and technical vision for new collections**, ensuring the brand’s DNA translates into commercial, innovative, and viable pieces. It’s not just about designing—it’s about **materializing ideas**: you’ll be responsible for taking products from initial concept and sketch through to final sample approval. This is a **strategic and 360-degree role**, acting as the bridge between **creativity and industrial production**.
