Home Care Assistant

Description

We are looking for a person to provide home care services in Baterno, Badajoz. Tasks include performing domestic duties such as cleaning, organizing, and meal preparation, as well as accompanying individuals in daily activities. Personal care support is also provided, including assistance with hygiene, mobility, and medication administration under supervision. The primary goal is always to prioritize the well-being and autonomy of each individual. Empathy, responsibility, and the ability to work independently while adapting to each person's specific needs are required. Work takes place in users' homes; therefore, travel within Baterno and its surrounding areas is necessary. A proactive attitude to resolve unforeseen situations and maintain effective communication with the coordination team is expected. Formal training in sociosanitary care is considered an advantage but is not mandatory, as initial training will be provided. This role contributes to improving users' quality of life by enabling them to remain in their own homes and fostering their independence. A temporary or part-time contract is offered, with flexible schedules according to service demand. Punctuality, discretion, and respect for users' privacy are highly valued. Collaboration with other professionals in the sector is essential to ensure comprehensive care. Prior experience in similar positions and possession of a driver's license along with one's own vehicle are factors taken into account.
