About the Role We are looking for a Senior AEM Developer with at least 5 years of experience in development and technical leadership of projects based on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This person will be responsible for coordinating the development team, ensuring the technical quality of deliverables, and serving as a reference point for AEM solution implementation. What You’ll Do in the Project? * Provide technical leadership for AEM-based projects, ensuring correct solution implementation. * Coordinate the development team, assigning tasks and overseeing achievement of technical objectives. * Participate in technical solution design alongside architects and analysts. * Ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to best development practices. * Resolve complex technical issues and support the team in decision-making. * Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI, and QA to ensure technical alignment with business requirements. * Document technical solutions and maintain the team’s knowledge base up to date. Your Profile * Minimum 5 years of development experience with Adobe Experience Manager. * Experience developing AEM components, templates, OSGi services, and using HTML. * Knowledge of JCR, Sling, Apache Felix, and tools such as Maven, Git, and Jenkins. * Experience integrating with REST APIs and external systems. * Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage deliveries in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). * Excellent communication skills and results orientation. Additional Assets: * Prior experience as a senior developer in AEM projects. * Knowledge of Adobe Cloud Manager and other solutions within the Adobe ecosystem. * Adobe AEM Developer certification.
