Job Summary: We are seeking an independent accounting and tax professional to manage comprehensive accounting operations and coordinate with external advisory services for a film production services company. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive accounting management of the company. 2. Coordination of tax matters with external advisory services. 3. Preparation and execution of the annual financial closing. An international film and video production services company. **MISSION** ---------- We seek to hire a temporary-contract professional for the company’s accounting and tax department — autonomous, with solid technical expertise — responsible for comprehensive accounting management and coordination of tax matters with external advisory services. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------- * Recording all types of received invoices: + Standard and simplified invoices + Transactions subject to reverse charge mechanism + Intra-EU transactions * Recording invoices issued by the company (services). * Monthly accounting reconciliation for the company: + Bank reconciliations + Cash count + Supplier and customer reconciliations + Payroll review and reconciliation * Preparation of monthly and quarterly tax returns: + Monthly: Forms 303/322, 349 + Quarterly: Forms 111, 115, 123, 216, among others * Coordination and communication with external advisory services for final tax filing. * Submission, review, and management of the Immediate Supply of Information (SII) to the Spanish Tax Agency. * Preparation and execution of the annual financial closing. **REQUIREMENTS** -------------- * Education/Qualification required: Medium-level vocational training program * Professional Experience: Minimum of two years of experience * Specific Knowledge: Accounting and tax knowledge * Software: Proficiency in Excel.
