**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking a **Labor Consultant** for an **Important Consulting Firm**, specialized in tax, accounting, and labor matters, located in **Pamplona.** **What will be your responsibilities?** * Comprehensive management of the full payroll cycle for various clients. * Preparation and processing of employment contracts. * Processing of social security contributions via official tools. * Managing registrations, cancellations, and modifications in the RED System. * Handling labor-related incidents: sick leave (IT), work-related accidents (AT), and other administrative procedures. * Advising clients on labor matters and current legislation. * Using specific tools such as A3, SILTRA, and other labor platforms. * Maintaining smooth communication with clients, resolving queries related to labor matters. **What do we offer?** * Integration into an established and growing firm. * Professional development and job stability. * Annual gross salary range between 30\.000 and 33\.000 €. * Working hours: * Two days from 8:00 to 18:00 (with a 30-minute lunch break) and three days from 8:00 to 15:00\. * Summer and Christmas period: 8:00 to 15:00\. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Mandatory** academic background in Labor Relations, Social Graduate, or equivalent. * **Mandatory** minimum of **2 years** of experience in labor consulting; experience within companies will be valued. * **Mandatory** proficiency in specific tools: **A3, SILTRA, and the RED System**. * Solid knowledge of payroll management and labor administration. * A professional with strong organizational skills, autonomy, client orientation, and ability to work effectively in a team.
