Access Controller - Concierge

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced concierge and access controller with public service experience for opening, closing, telephone assistance, and registration duties in San Cristóbal de La Laguna. We seek a person for access control and concierge duties in the central area of San Cristóbal de La Laguna. A minimum of three months’ experience in similar roles involving public service is required — e.g., concierge, orderly, receptionist, or administrative assistant. Relevant training in general services or access control is desirable. Basic computer and office software (Word, Excel) proficiency is mandatory. Availability for rotating morning and/or afternoon shifts, plus one Saturday per month in the morning, is required. Responsibilities include facility opening and closing, telephone assistance and call forwarding, user reception and information provision, access control, entry and exit registration in Excel, key management, and incident reporting to the responsible person. Offered is a part-time schedule of 31.5 weekly hours from Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts (07:00\-15:00, 15:00\-19:00, 17:00\-21:00\) and one Saturday per month from 09:00 to 14:00\. Temporary contract covering vacation replacement, approximately 3\-4 months, with possible extension. Gross monthly salary of 999 euros, paid in 14 installments.
