Attract, develop, and retain talent, promoting professional growth. Build a **high-performance culture based on transparency, accountability, and results.** Inspire confidence, open communication, and a shared sense of purpose. #### **Strategy and corporate governance** Translate the **Board’s vision** into clear and achievable operational goals. Actively participate in the **strategic and structural definition** of the company. Propose organizational improvements and new business lines. Prepare executive reports based on data and actionable *insights*. ### **Ideal profile** **Education:** Engineering, Business Administration or similar. MBA or postgraduate degree in management will be valued positively. **Experience:** \+7 years in general management, operations, or leadership of *business units* with P\&L responsibility. Experience managing **organizations of 70 to 100 people.** Proven track record in **process improvement, efficiency, and profitability.** **Key skills:** Data and metrics-driven approach. Ability to execute, simplify, and prioritize. Human, firm, and empathetic leadership.
