Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** Acciona, within its Construction business line, requires a Construction Site Manager for its project in Tenerife Sur.**Job Description** **Mission:** Organize, coordinate, and supervise the execution of building works on site, ensuring compliance with scheduling, quality, safety, and established deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the work performed by in-house teams and subcontracted companies. * Organize work areas, materials, machinery, and resources required for project execution. * Monitor progress of works in accordance with the established schedule. * Interpret drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation. * Verify proper execution of works and compliance with quality standards. * Coordinate with Production, Technical Office, and Occupational Risk Prevention departments. * Identify and report incidents, deviations, or site requirements. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations at work areas. **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements:** * Vocational training related to Building, Construction, or similar fields. * Prior experience as a Construction Site Manager on building projects. * Knowledge of construction processes, drawing interpretation, and work area organization. * Experience coordinating teams and subcontractors. * Knowledge of occupational risk prevention. * Organizational ability, leadership skills, and capacity to resolve incidents. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore actively foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal terms.
