Cantoria, ES, 4850 Madrid, ES, 28022 **What We Are Looking For** We seek professionals with experience in designing **profiles for ventilated façades and curtain walls**, capable of managing projects and interfacing with R\+D, Product, Quality, and industrialization process departments to develop new façade products and define technical specifications for both existing and new products. **Location**: Cantoria, Almería (HQ), or Madrid (Nuevos Ministerios) Hybrid remote work model (1 day per week)**Your Key Responsibilities** Develop curtain wall designs using our Dekton® product to meet architectural requirements for building projects: * Design of the complete building envelope solution. * Design of required profiles to implement the solution. * Structural calculation of the solution. * Thermal calculation of the solution. Design necessary tests for façade or curtain wall testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze product requirements, understand market needs, and develop technical specifications. Collaborate with other departments to define tests and evaluations required for products, ensuring technical feasibility. Work with Marketing and Sales departments to launch new products. Create detailed technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, etc. Collaborate with the Certification department to obtain necessary certifications for marketing current and future products. Conduct economic feasibility studies for products, analyzing market conditions.**What You Need to Succeed** * Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in façade product design and development (curtain walls, ventilated façade profiles). Experience with modular and unitized systems. * Industrial implementation experience—applying required processes in industrial environments to manufacture products—is highly valued. * Language: English proficiency at B2\-C1 level (proficiency test required). * Education: Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting degree. * Soft Skills: Project management capability with strong focus on meeting deadlines; ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse departments. **What We Offer** A stable project within a leading multinational in the sector.
